CANCELLATION POLICY
Please Note We value each and every one of you as our clients, and to ensure that we can effectively manage our appointments and provide timely service to all of you, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the cancelled service cost. In the event of a no-show no call, you will be charged 100% of the missed service price. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but we respectfully ask that you give us sufficient notice to fill your appointment.
